Response Received not correct

I am trying to connect my facebook lead ads with perfex crm, I made the connection but when I click on "Save and send request" and fill the lead form in Facebook developer tool, it's not showing correct.

I can see 2 fields all the time.

Please check screenshot

Its keep moving and nothing happen

Could you please again submit the test data and click on Save and Send test request button from the workflow and let us know if it helps? Also, you can watch the first part of the below video to integrate FaceBook leads Ad with Pabby connect.
