Salesmate Features Request

Hello,

I would like to request some features for Salesmate that I noticed on some of the competitors websites. I am having issues with multiple accounts being created when the account already exists. So it would help to be able to see if an account exists, then update it instead of creating a duplicate account. Not sure if there is a way to do this already, but it doesn't seem like it.
