It looks like your workflow is receiving responses from two different Webhook URLs, resulting in it being executed twice. This issue commonly occurs when we click on Save & Send Test Request multiple times.

To resolve this problem, you must remove one of the Webhook URLs from your MailerLite account.

Alternatively, you can clone your workflow, connect it to your MailerLite account using a different Webhook URL, and set up your workflow in that manner. If you decide to clone, make sure to pause the current workflow.
