Send email from Outlook to multiple users in CC & BCC fields

Can you please tell me how to add user emails to CC & BCC fields when sending email to multiple users from Outlook?

I only see a 'To' field:

@Supreme Thank you so much for the quick update. For consistency, it would be better if the CC field came before the BCC field as that is the standard for Emails, as you can see in the 1st 2 screenshots:

But in Mandrill Send Email action the order is not correct:
