"Send WhatsApp reminders" workflow

Hi

I have created a workflow "Send Bootcamp WhatsApp reminders

". This workflow sends whatsapp msgs 2 day before, 1 day before, 4 hrs before, 1 hr before & 15 mins before. It is not firing to all the whatsapp members in my google sheet. Can anyone help ?
