Sending a Google form on WhatsApp

I have a Google form that needs to be filled by two persons one after the other.
Is it possible to automatically send the form link to the second person, once the firs person submits his part in the form?
Furthermore, is it possible that the first person chooses who in the team the form will be sent to?
That is, that the first person chooses who is the second person to continue filling the form?

Your use case seems plausible, where you need 2 workflows. In the first workflow, you can send the google forms to the people.

And on the second workflow, you can get the response with the help of Google Sheets and then send the form to the second person.

Further, could you please tell us that the second person's details would be available on the Google Response' Sheet and where there be limited second persons?
