Sending Country information to Chargebee

Hi,

Can you please help me in sending the correct Billing Address Country when creating an account in Chargebee?

I'd like it to default to 'United States', but nothing I enter is working.

You can see the error message from Chargebee below, along with the options I have in Chargebee.
