Hi,

My sending limit was set to 1000 but I have 7000 subscribers. I've sent mails for a couple of weeks now without any problems.

Please help!

Hello Jasper,

Thank you for reaching out!

In Pabbly Email Marketing, daily sending limits are governed by an automatic Sending Reputation Tier system. All senders start at Tier 1, which allows sending up to 10% of their plan's daily limit. Therefore, your current limit of 1,000 emails per day corresponds to Tier 1.

To qualify for the next tier, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Send to approximately 80% of your current tier's daily limit in unique recipients.

  • Maintain healthy sending metrics:

    • Hard bounce rate: Below 0.5%

    • Soft bounce rate: Below 2%

    • Spam complaint rate: Below 0.1%

Once these conditions are met, the system automatically evaluates your sending performance and upgrades your tier after the campaign is completed. No manual upgrade request is required.

You can monitor your current tier and progress toward the next level through the Sending Tier panel in your delivery server settings.

If your metrics remain within the recommended limits after a few more campaigns but your sending limit does not increase, please share your registered account email address so our team can review it.

Thanks & Regards,
