Setting default value to "null"

If a form field is submitted with no text, I want to set the corresponding field in the Webflow CMS to have no value, ie. null.
But I can't seem to do this in Pabbly as when a form field comes in with blank text, it is ignored in the workflow.

So I have tried doing somethin using Text formatter > Default value. But I can't set the default value to null or blank!! See below
I have tried {{blank}}, {{null}}, {{empty}} and now [[empty]] and nothing works to set a null value.

Very frustrating, this should be basic functionality if a user chooses to delete optional data in a form field.

Thanks. Basically I want a user to be able to clear this optional field if they need to in their profile. Then submitting the form erases the corresponding cms field data, via Pabbly.
