Shopify Abandoned cart

Hey Experts !

Hope you are doing well. I see a shopify trigger for "abandoned carts" which is great.

Couple of questions I have on it are.

1. Is the abandoned cart going to trigger if its in draft mode ?
2. How do I get the "SMS marketing option" flag (in shopify) to see if the customer has opted in ?

Hey @NateNg,

1. A checkout is considered abandoned if the customer adds contact information but doesn't complete the purchase. For draft orders, since the customer doesn't add the information, the Shopify: New Abandoned Cart Checkouts won't be triggered.

Abandoned checkouts

Retrieve a list of incomplete checkouts. Each Checkout object includes a URL to the online checkout, where the customer can complete their purchase.

2. Could you please specify which endpoint this is? Because for Abandoned Carts, we do get the response.
