Shopify to whatsapp order confirmation

Hello,
I am doing COD deliveries on Shopify. I need an order confirmation of shopify order to customer whatsapp as like below template. with tow buttons appear on whatsapp "Yes" and "NO" when customer reply my shopify order automaticall confirmed or cancel.

Only the first part of your use case is possible; cancelling or confirming the order through customer reply is not feasible. You can follow the steps provided in the video shared below to understand how to send order notifications to customers on WhatsApp.

Yes it can be possible. only when integrating with other platform. I am working for client
