Hi there,

I'm using this workflow:


Shopify + Wishlist member.

Last two people who signed up are not getting the Wishlist login email they should get when they are properly added to the membership level.

This leads me to believe the Pabbly connect is not firing correctly.

One important detail is that I did update my entire website to a new domain.
I can see that the old domain (www.drstephyoung) is still the host data.
Should those be updated to the new domain I take it or will this matter?

Thanks for sharing the details.

Could you please share the details of the last 2 users who did not receive the Wishlist Member login email (email address + signup time/order details)? This will help us verify whether the workflow captured those entries correctly.

As of now, the workflow execution looks fine on our end, but once we have the user details, we can check the exact records and assist you further.

Hi thanks!

The most recent customer/member definitely didn't get added to the Wishlist Member membership as designed.

The one before that I'm not sure as my office manager handled it.

But for sure this one most recently didn't...

Lastly, as I look at the history as I mentioned I can see the Data In on the 4th step of the flow for "add member to level" the data host is https://drstephyoung.com/wp-admin/
This is not the correct URL anymore as we changed domains.

Would that matter as well?

Please establish a new connection with your Wishlist Member account and see if that fixes your issue.
