Simpletexting MMS Error

While SMS messages send fine, MMS messages keep failing and giving me an error code of -10 (Unknown error (please contact our support dept.). I've contacted Simpletexting, and they can't find anything wrong on their end. What do I need to do?

In the 'SimpleTexting: Send MMS Message' action step, if you are not passing data in the Media File field, you will need to skip that field in this manner. This seems to have fixed your issue.

Thanks. Is there any way to copy and paste the right formatting? It's not doing the spaces and paragraphs correctly.

I think I figured it out. I just had to type in the message from scratch. I guess emojis don't work, huh?

Nothing in SimpleTexting's API documentation suggests that they support emojis. You can try adding emojis to your message and test it on your end.
