The application that you are using in your workflow was unable to process your request in under 15 seconds and because of that as a response you get the "Response not received in 15 seconds".

Perhaps you might be calling/using the application extensively or the data which you are passing couldn't be processed by the application itself.
Kindly contact their support team for the same.

Kindly monitor the action step in the real-time execution and let us know if the issue persists in the execution.
