Dear sir,, We are using Chat Flow. and Intergation as under.
Log chatflow (Per Msg Send Karte hain) First Before start discuss need Pre Chat Form Fill Like Communcation Details
Name , Mobile No, Current Name, Post, (And Query Regarding Drop Down,) and complete data update in Google Sheet, and after update, Update Tag, and start AI for General discussion,
and one think (We need Enqery form durring discussion if Required)
Please advise.
