Strange issues with Chatflow

Hi

I am setting up a test account for my client.

I have followed all of the instructions, but still cannot get Chatflow working. I have 2 numbers added, one is the test number provided by Meta and the other is a new number that we added a couple of days ago.

For some reason when I try and message from the new phone number I get an error "Failed to send message the account is not registered"

If I try and send a message from the META test number, I get no error but nothing happens and I see this:

Any help you can give would be great.

When sending a message from your phone number, Meta returns an error: "The account is not registered" with error code 133010, which indicates that the phone number is not registered on the WhatsApp Business Platform.

You can refer to the official Meta documentation for more details:

Please ensure the phone number is correctly registered and configured on the WhatsApp Business Platform

Hi Preeti. Thanks for this, we will get that checked. What about the META test number that does not work at all and does not come up with any errors?

Regarding the META test number, the message likely failed to send because more than 24 hours have passed since the customer last replied to this number. This is in line with META's policy for messaging outside the 24-hour customer service window.
