Streak CRM Fails on Execute

I've set up a Workflow, and somehow I'm getting stuck on the execution.

I'm trying to "Create New Box (with Custom Fields). When "Save & Send Test Request" the Label says "Success" and the Value is empty.

Once the Workflow is executed, the Workflow fails and I can't figure out why it's not working. I've tried changing multiple things with no success. I'm guessing since this step is failing it's causing the next step to fail also.

Hey @jamesrich!

We have gone through your workflow and found that your workflow was working fine earlier. It seems that you have made some changes in your "Create New Box (with Custom Fields)" action and removed the custom field values.

We would suggest you to use the "Create New Box" action if you are not mapping any data to the custom fields.
