Stripe Card Details Not Loading on Checkout

A customer reports an issue with the Stripe credit card checkout.

When the checkout modal opens, the Card Details section stays blank. The fields are visible but cannot be clicked or filled.
This prevents the customer from entering any card information.

Details:
  • Payment method: Stripe credit card
  • Customer location: Turkey
Can you please check if this is a known Stripe or Pabbly issue, possibly related to region, browser, or Stripe Elements loading?

Note: I cannot replicate the issue on my end. It works fine for me, but the customer has the issue.

Thanks for reaching out.

The issue doesn't replicate on our end as well. It seems to be a temporary browser cache issue. Please ask the user to try the checkout after clearing the browser cache . It should probably resolve the issue.

Thanks for the quick check.

I asked the customer to try a different browser, and the checkout worked right away.
So it does seem browser (or cache) related. I do not know which browser caused the issue, but switching solved it.

Appreciate the help.
