Sync a large Excel file with Google Sheets

I have a large (160MB) and complex Excel spreadsheet, too large to open in Excel Online. I would like to sync the values (not formulae) from this spreadsheet to an identical Google Sheet on a regular basis. Looking for suggestions about how to do this efficiently please. Can I upload it to Pabbly for example?

To assist you better, could you please confirm your requirement:
  • Do you want to transfer all the data from the Excel file to Google Sheets each time?
    OR
  • Would you like to only sync the new rows added to the Excel file into Google Sheets going forward?
Once we have this clarification, we can guide you with the most efficient method to set this up

Hi Preeti, thanks for seeking confirmation. I would like to update all the NEW data. On some tabs this is only the new rows, but on other tabs the new data may be anywhere in the sheet.
For context, I currently have an API sync between Google Sheets and Active Campaign CRM which is working well. Currently I'm importing all my contact and transaction data from various sources into Excel and have formulae that produce totals and other contact personalisation information in other tabs. I then copy/paste these calculated sheets into Google Sheets so that it syncs to my CRM. This copy/paste process is laborious and liable to human error, so I'm looking for a way to automate this. I appreciate any suggestions or potential solutions.
