TARS Bot doesn't work

Hello,

I just clone a workflow that works with this schema:

TARS Bot (trigger New Conversation) -> Google Shet (fill New Row) -> Mailerlite (add or update Contact).

I cloned yet this workflow and all worked fine.

But today, for another client this doesn't work and I don't know why.

Pabbly don't capture data from Tars, and I use correct Webhook URL and follow ALL instruction.

Please help

Kindly try re-capturing the webhook response from TARS once and then try again.
