Task Error Despite having Data sent to Webhook and Task Credit are deducted??

We refer to
Workflow Name: Engage Create Credit Note PDF &/Or Send Credit Note
Task ID: IjU3NjAwNTZlMDYzMDA0M2Q1MjZmNTUzNjUxMzI1MTYxNTQzNCI_3D_pc

1. Apparently the webhook did received the desired datasets.
2. During the Task: Create Doc from Template, the doc is not created due to some unknow reason.

Our question is:

1. Will the subsequent tasks to deducted from the credit tasks?
2. How can we find out the reason the task is not executed correctly?


The only way is to execute and deduct more task credit?

Yes, those tasks will be get deducted from your overall tasks.

2. How can we find out the reason the task is not executed correctly?

You can check for the data whether the tasks get all the required field data correctly and if there is any data missing or came incorrectly.

Please check in the Google Doc action step the Template Document is a required field and from where the ID should come it is coming blank as a result required fields got nothing, and the action steps are unable to provide the data to its further action steps.
