In order to add additional tasks over your existing plan, you need to make a purchase for any of the monthly plans from here https://www.pabbly.com/connect/#pricing
This additional task will be added to your existing plan.
Such practise is done by most of our users to have more tasks over there existing plans.

what if I want to upgrade to a higher plan for yearly, can I pay the difference?

No, that is not allowed for any of the ongoing yearly plans.
You will be required to make a new purchase and can cancel the recurring plan for the current ongoing plan, which will not be deducted on the next renewal.
