Team unable to access inbox shared

Have given access of chat flow to team members but none of them can see the inbox/number shared

From [email protected] to [email protected]/[email protected]/[email protected] and more

please help asap

As we have checked with one of your team members, [email protected], the phone number you provided access to is visible under Settings > Team Members.

done, this was though unpredictable and tough to find, should be something easier way out.
