Telegram Chat ID not found

Hi, my workflow name: Form to Telegram. Initially it was work fine, but when I change the Chat ID, error message shows Bad Request: chat not found. Even though I've set the bot as admin of the chat, but it's still doesn't work.

As we can see from your workflow, your Telegram action step is already intact and working.
