Telegram send media with URL

As per the attached image telegram should have send the image but its showing an error like bad request: failed to get HTTP URL content but when i was manually opened that url on my browser and i can able to download the image.

Could you please check your Chat Id to whether you have passed it in the correct format or not and also seems like the file URL whcih you are passing seems not acceptable.
