Template messages fail to send except plain text template based

Any issue in Pabbly settings or any config changes to make, Template messages fail to send except plain text template-based ones.

If I create a new template, which doesn't have variable in it, abe to send message

The problem seems to be originating from WhatsApp's end. I came across a discussion where users solved a similar issue by generating a new template. You can try the same on your end as well. If the issue persists, please get in touch with Meta's support team, as the problem is originating from their end.
