test request worked but task still not automated (I'm new, help needed!)

Good morning (or night depending on where you are) all,

I'm trying to set up a workflow that creates a new contact in zoho books once a user registers on my wordpress website. The workflow runs manually but the process is not automated, so when I add a new user it does not update zoho books right away. I have to go in and manually send test request for it to work. Any advice for troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

As we can see from your workflow recent history log, it seems like the workflow is automated correctly and the data is passing to the Zoho Books accordingly.
