As we can see from your workflow, you are getting the Item from your Google Sheets in the "Response Result 0 RowValue Item" index in every live execution and you have to map the index as "Response Result 1 RowValue Item" which contains nothing while you had initially mapped the action steps.
Though to take the position on the top of the response we have changed the sort value to the top so now the desired data will be coming in the "Response Result 0 RowValue Item" index.
