The discrepancy in the tasks consumed

I created 2 workflows, Razorpay to google sheets and Razorpay to Activecampaign.

Now it says together they consumed 53 tasks. but inside google sheets and Activecampaign we didn't see this much workflow happening
What is the problem here?

As we can see from your workflow, in the Contact Id field of your " ActiveCampaign: Add Contact to a List" action step you need to pass the Contact Id instead of the email address and other details.

Further, we have reset all your free tasks for the last time for your better experience.
