The Impact of Customer Sales Cancellations and Refunds on Affiliate Commissions

In the Pabbly Subscription affiliate module, if you, as a merchant, cancel a customer's subscription or if the customer cancels their subscription without receiving a refund the affiliate's commission will remain unchanged.

However, it's important to note that if a customer does receive a refund for their subscription, the commission associated with that particular sale will be automatically deducted from your affiliate account. This is because commissions are generated based on completed sales or transactions. Thus, in the event of a refund, it is reasonable for the corresponding commission to be reversed.

We hope this clears up any confusion and provides a better understanding of how refunds impact affiliate commissions in Pabbly Subscription. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to share them in this thread.
