The workflow didn't reflect in Xero

Hi All,

I have done a workflow and it is able to be triggered and consume 1 task. The issue that I am facing now is it didn't create a new quotation in Xero. Can I know what is the issue with my workflow?

Hey @Zhen Wah

In the Line Item Tax Type, you were supposed to pass the "NONE" as an option if you wanted to select Tax Exempt for the line item product.

Also, please pass the Tracking Option ID with the help of the Get Tracking Categories.

What should I do if the last products I would like to put Tax on Goods while other is tax exempt? Besides that, is the tracking option ID, the region inside Xero?

In that case, you can pass the Id of the Tax Type.
