I need help with 2 things:

1. I'd like to create a tag in ThriveCart when a student cancels a subscription before their 7 day trial is up. Can I do this with Pabbly?

2. Can I enroll a current Learn student in another Learn course using Pabbly? I currently have a 7 day trial and I'd like to move students who don't cancel the trial to another Learn course when they are billed after the 7 days. I thought I could do this using the rebill as the trigger but I'm not sure.

For your first use case, the "Create a Tag" action step is not available currently.
Given the high volume of integration requests we receive daily, we've implemented an integration request board to streamline customer requests and feedback. You're welcome to submit your integration request on the board, and other users can also upvote requests, helping us prioritize and implement new integrations based on the feedback.

We have checked and it appears that enrolling a student in a new course in ThriveCart Learn+ is currently not available.
You can apply for this integration update on the URL we have mentioned in the reply above. Further, if you are in a conversation with the ThriveCart team, you can ask them for a custom endpoint for your use case and you can use it in "Custom API Request (BETA)"
