ThriveCart to Systeme.IO - 'Search Contact' not working

Hi, am trying to set up a workflow so that a ThriveCart purchase triggers a contact being created in Systeme.IO. Can't seem to get the 'Search Contact' step to work - I've tried searching using an existing Systeme.IO contact, but am not then receiving the Customer ID from the 'save and send test request' to map into the future steps.

Try with an email id which is already exists (Static) and hit save and send test request you'll get contact ID. if it doesn't exists it'll give you 0 result. If you are still not able to solve this on your own feel free to DM me and we can do a free zoom call. FYI I'm not from Pabbly Connect team, just a freelancer who helps other Pabbly users.

You were supposed to set all these options to 'False'. We have made some changes to this action step and your router conditions to set up your workflow correctly. Please wait for a product purchase in ThriveCart and then check if it gets added and tagged in Systeme.io.
