Tidycal Zoho Bigin integration not working

I have created a simple workflow - whenever there is a new booking on Tidycal -> create a contact in Zoho Bigin.
The contact is getting created but the information apart from name, ph, and email is not getting sent to zoho. I have attached a screenshot of the empty fields
