Time to verify new data

I need the time for verifying the new date of my workflows to be the minimum possible, I tried to make the manual change but from what I understood it has to be done by an admin, it would have already been configured so that all the workflows created were already configured with the minimum time possible so that I don't have to open a new topic for each flow I create?

I used another trigger where the capture was in real time and my problem is already solved, thanks for the feedback.
