I sent you a file in June of this year to translate the client portal into Dutch. I haven't received a response yet. Can you please do that urgently so that I can start using it for my clients?

That's too bad that it has to be done with a request now. Last time I asked you guys about it and I wasn't told, but instead, a form was sent to me for translation. Now I have translated it and it will only be executed when there are multiple requests. I would have liked to know this earlier because then I wouldn't have had to make the effort. Too bad about the poor service!
