Trello Add Comment - doing a constant loop. HELP

At the end of the workflow that we did, we tried adding a trello comment under the card that we're working on. It successfully added the comment, but it keeps repeating the whole workflow. Any suggestion or fix for this please? Thank you!

ALSO, it keeps doing 10 thousand times. Anything trello doesnt work that well.
