Trying to connect Mailerlite and getting error

I'm trying to add subscribers to Mailerlite through a form in a Webflow project but getting the following error:

It seems like you haven't added any group in your Mailerlite account which is required while adding the subscriber. Kindly map the Group Id or select the name of the Group from the dropdown.

If you want to add the subscriber without assigning it to any group then you can use the following action event.
