I want to add a comment when a particular twitter make a new tweet but there are no any such option to make a comment ? is there any way to add that option plz tell me

Currently, there is no option available on the Twitters' integration to add a comment on a Tweet.

Only the below events is possible with Twitter integration - https://www.pabbly.com/connect/integrations/twitter/
