Unable to connect systeme.io to pabbly

Hi there,

I am trying to connect Systeme.io to Pabbly so that the new registrations on systeme.io, I can automatically add as zoom registrations.

These are the steps that Pabbly suggests
Login to the Systeme.io account.
Navigate to the "Settings" section from the "Profile" icon and click on "Webhooks".
Click on the "Create" button in the "Webhooks" tab and enter the name of the webhook.
Copy the above webhook URL and paste it into the "URL" field. Choose the event as "Contact tag added". Click on "Save".
Click on the below "Capture Webhook Response" button and do a test record so that the webhook response can be captured here.

On Systeme.io however it asks for secret key which is a mandatory field under webhooks. I tried entering a random key and also used the key by following the below steps
"Navigate to the Settings section in your Pabbly Hook dashboard. Select the API & Secret Key tab. Copy the keys using the 'Copy' button provided."

Neither worked. On pabbly, it is stuck on "waiting for webhook response" regardless of what I do.

Please Help.

Thank you for reaching out. After setting up the webhook in Systeme.io, have you added a tag to a contact? If not, please add a tag to a contact to trigger the webhook and capture the response in Pabbly.

Hi Preeti. Thanks for the quick response. Yes, I added a tag to the contact and yet am stuck on "waiting for webhook response".

Could you kindly advise me on what I should do next? I’ve been stuck on this problem for the past three hours and haven’t been able to find a solution.

Hi there! Could someone please help me with this. Is there a way to get on a call with Pabbly support? I just tried this with zapier and it instantly worked. Am sure there is some issue with Pabbly.

The trigger you are using is a descriptive webhook-based trigger(refer to the attached image) due to that the responses sent by the Trigger application aren't in our control. Regarding any difficulties faced with the data not getting received from descriptive webhook-based triggers, we recommend you contact their team(Systeme.io Team in this case).

You can test the responses sent by their end using Webhook.site. Please refer to this tutorial to learn how to use webhook.site -
