I'm am trying to create a workflow from Facebook Lead Form to email. However, after submitting the test lead, the system is unable to retrieve the lead details from the lead.

I'm trying to send leads coming in from Facebook Lead Ads into an email but it is not a Gmail email. Can i still use Gmail or what's the recommended practice?

We highly recommend users to use a professional SMTP service like SendGrid, Mail Gun, or Amazon SES that allows you to send emails in bulk without the limits.
If you purchase an SMTP and use that instead of Gmail step. Your issue with Gmail limits will be resolved.
Further, you can also purchase a professional G Suite account where the limits are comparatively higher for sending emails.
