Unable to send Approved Template messages through pabbly using WATI

Hi Team,
Please help me as I am unable to send any approved Template messages through WATI to my subscribers.
When ever I select my approved Template messages, it required Broadcast name and Custom Params.
Where to get these details?
PS:- I am fetching these data from Optimizepress, and already integrate with G sheet where its working fine.
