Unable to send WooCommerce order notification to WhatsApp

Dear Support,

My trigger is WooCommerce and Action is using WhatsApp Cloud API

The setup connection was no issue and Response Received in the action result. However, my whatsapp was not received anything.

Can you please advise or help me check if possible ?

In situations where the user has not initiated the conversation with your WhatsApp, it is necessary to employ the "Send Template Message" action. After the user has initiated a conversation with your WhatsApp, you are then able to utilize this specific action step.

Dear Support,

I just need to send a new order notification to customer by whatsapp. Anyway on the setup can do it ? I can't have user initiated a conversation with me in this case
