Unintended linkage between clickfunnels and Pabbly

I am working with clickfunnels and Pabbly, but the webhook is being triggered at an unintended time.
How can I be sure about the cause of this?

A user accessed Funnel step (ID: 57650349) on May 28, 2022 21:22:10 and did nothing, but there is a transaction history on Pabbly through webhook1.

This funnel step has only purchse form and this user didn't pay anything, so I don't know why a webhook1 had been triggered.
