Unsupported post request Error while adding template

We have subscribed to the paid plan today and tried to add the first template but same error is displaying every time. We have tried multiple times with different diferent messages but still same error is occuring. Please let us know What is the issue behind this error and how to solve that.

The error you’re encountering is coming directly from Meta’s Graph API and is related to the Phone Number ID associated with your WhatsApp Business account. In this case, the object ID mentioned in the error refers to the WhatsApp phone number ID, and Meta is unable to access it due to one of the following reasons:

Why this error occurs:

  • The phone number is not properly connected to the WhatsApp Business Account.
  • The number is not fully onboarded/registered on WhatsApp Cloud API.
  • The Meta connection used does not have permission to access this phone number ID.
  • The number may have been recently added, and Meta sync is still pending.
What you should check to resolve this:

  1. Go to Meta Business Manager → WhatsApp Manager → Phone Numbers and ensure the number is:
    • Active
    • Verified
    • Properly connected to the correct WhatsApp Business Account
  2. Reconnect your Meta (Facebook) account in Pabbly Chatflow to refresh permissions.
  3. Confirm that the Phone Number ID selected in Chatflow matches the one shown in WhatsApp Manager.
  4. If the number was added recently, wait for some time and try again, as Meta may take a while to fully propagate access.
Once these checks are done, try adding the template again. If the issue persists, please let us know and we’ll assist you further.
