Update or Create Customer Contacts in Microsoft 365

I hope this email finds you well.

I have recently set up a webhook that pulls customer contact data. I would like to optimize this process by updating existing contacts in Microsoft 365, rather than creating new ones, if the contact already exists. However, if the contact does not exist in Microsoft 365, I would like to create a new contact.

Presently, an "update contact" option is not available in the Microsoft 365 application. However, I have forwarded your request to our integration team, and we will keep you informed about the feasibility of incorporating this option for you.
