Hello is there a video or steps showing how to send different emails based on the column data.

For example I have a column with my sales status/pipeline, as I change them I would like a different email to be sent to the client. What is the best way to accomplish this? thanks.

Hey @Nmsrick

Can you please elaborate on your concern briefly along with the workflow URL in which you have tried the same?

Hey @Supreme for example. If I have a column that has stages fo a sales cycle: qualified>contacted>set meeting>pitched pricing/details...etc and a specific column has those dropdown options, I would like a specific email to be sent when that dropdown is changed.

for example meeting: send an email about what the meeting will cover with date and time

Pitched pricing: send email thanking prospect for their time, cover the details of the product

Closed sale: thanks client let them know next steps

thanks

Can you let us know which app you're using to handle all of this? It's a bit unclear at the moment, and having that information would help us assist you more effectively.

The dropdown field in the trigger column will not trigger the data to the workflow, so we suggest you manually type the status in the trigger column from your Google Sheets.
for example meeting: send an email about what the meeting will cover with date and time

Pitched pricing: send email thanking prospect for their time, cover the details of the product
Additionally, if you've made manual changes or additions to the data in the trigger column, I highly recommend checking out the instructional video on how to smoothly send Google Sheets data to the next action step in Gmail.
