Urgent: Gmail Emails Consistently Landing in Spam Despite SPF, DKIM & DMARC Passing

Furkhan Working — Question ·

I am experiencing a serious Gmail deliverability issue with Pabbly Email Marketing using the Send With Us SMTP.

My sending domain is techgain.net and my sender is [email hidden].

I have verified that:

  • SPF passes

  • DKIM passes for techgain.net

  • DMARC passes

However, emails sent through Pabbly Send With Us are consistently landing in Gmail Spam.

I performed a controlled test using a completely new Gmail recipient that had never previously received any emails from my domain. I sent a very simple, non-promotional transactional-style test email:

Subject: "Your TechGain verification code"

The email contained only a verification code and no promotional links, WhatsApp links, ebook links, or other marketing content. It still went directly to Gmail Spam.

Could you please investigate:

  1. What sending IP/IP pool is currently being used for my account?

  2. Is the IP shared with other Pabbly customers?

  3. What is the current reputation/status of the sending IP?

  4. Has my account/domain/IP received any deliverability or spam-related restrictions?

  5. Is there anything you recommend changing on the Pabbly Send With Us configuration?

  6. Can you confirm whether my account can be moved to a different sending IP/pool if the current IP has poor reputation?

I am trying to determine whether this is a Pabbly sending-infrastructure/IP-reputation issue or a domain-specific reputation issue.

Thank you.
