Campaign Stats Still Not Working ...

So continuing the conversation about the Campaign stats.
Here's a campaign I ran yesterday with 1 Subscriber in the campaign.
As you can see from the image 1 email was sent to the recipient. I have confirmed with my smarthost company (SMTP2GO.com) that the email was sent and the report there confirms it was sent, delivered and opened.
However your statistics tell me a completely different story.
Your statistics tell me it was sent (AGREED), that its stuck in a queue (DISAGREE) and that its unopened (DISAGREE), in fact the recipient not only received the email and we have since had a conversation BECAUSE he received the email.
So your campaign statistics are broken - really broken.
I run a development company worth £300 Million - I have a team of developers working for me in London, another team in Croatian and over 100 in the Philippines. I have been in Software Design and Development for more than 40 years - I built my first computer in 1977! I've written more code than you ten times over.
Whats the problem here - why can't you fix this?
