Hi,
Im trying to create an automation sequence where if it is triggered, it cancels a previous automation.
To give more context, I am using clickfunnels to sell books. After they buy a book, it takes them to an upsell page to buy a second book at a discount. If they buy a book on our landing page, it puts together a trigger sequence to send 1 book to them. Now if they take advantage of the discount on the next page (Upsell) it is a separate order than the original order and it sends them 2 books.
After that triggers, I need to figure out how to cancel their first order so they are not receiving 3 books and only 2 books from the "second purchase" (upsell). I am using Lulu to fulfill on the books.
What are some solutions to this problem that I could try?
